Prime™ J-Series is a line of airsoft carbine replicas with new internal parts featuring a high build quality, durability and very high performance without the need for additional tuning.
Right out of the box, you will receive a product that is up to any task on the airsoft field.
This is all thanks to, among other things, the Magnus™ TDC Top Down Center hop up chamber.
SA-PJ13 PRIME™ is made largely of steel:
steel components include the barrel, breech chamber cover, outer barrel, trigger guard, magazine catch, selector wing, butt sling eye, gas tube, foldingbuttstock, and stock. .
Aluminium is used for the sighting instruments, the discharge device, the dovetail mount, the slide with reloading handle and perhaps most importantly the KPYK® aluminum M-LOK handguard CRC 1U020 gas tube and a top RIS rail.
These elements combine quality workmanship, interesting design and functionality.
M-LOK mounts and a Picatinny rail will allow the installation of a range of accessories such as red dot sights, lasers, vertical grips, torches, etc.
The pistol grip and mid-cap magazine, on the other hand, are made of polymer.
BLDC™ internal parts:
inside the replica you will find a precision brushless motor Dark Matter with 27,000 > 35,000 rpm.
This motor provides higher efficiency and improved performance, while also increasing the replica’s RoF and enhancing trigger response.
It offers up to 5× more shots on the same battery charge than standard motors, 5000+ shots on 11.1V 1000mAh.
The motor is housed in an aluminum casing for maximum durability, suitable even for M190 springs.
The reinforced V3 gearbox can handle M140 AEG springs. Inside the gearbox there are CNC steel 16:1 gears.
An ideal ratio providing both great RoF and durability even with stronger Specna Arms M135 springs.
The 8mm J-Cage bearings include ball bearings on the bevel and spur gear, while the sector gear uses a bush bearing for improved durability.
This configuration is the result of extensive testing of bearing combinations, achieving the best balance between strength and rotation speed.
Reinforced polycarbonate piston with 14 teeth ensures ideal AoE and helps prevent jamming.
It is strong yet does not slow the cycle.
The piston features a CNC piston head with enlarged ports for optimal airflow toward the CNC double sealed cylinder head, installed inside a ribbed stainless steel cylinder for cooling during rapid fire.
Air is fed through a CNC nozzle, mounted on a reinforced tappet plate.
Proper feeding is ensured by a strong tappet spring and a delay clip on the sector gear.
ESA2™ quick spring change system:
after folding the stock and removing the cover, you have access to the spring guide without having to remove the gearbox shell.
Plenty of space for a stick type battery under the cover of the breech chamber.
